Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving the order in the following cases:

• The received product is different from the product ordered.
• The product has a defect or damage resulting from shipping or manufacturing.
• The product does not match the main specifications stated on the product page.

Conditions for Accepting a Return Request

• The product must be in its original condition.
• The product must not have been used or damaged by the customer.
• Photos clearly showing the issue must be provided when submitting the request.

Exchange

Customers may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt in the following cases:

• The product arrives damaged.
• There is a manufacturing defect.
• The received product does not match the order.

The replacement product must be available in stock.

Cases Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

• Products manufactured or customized according to the customer's request.
• Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
• Products without their original packaging or accessories, where applicable.
• Return requests submitted after the specified return period has expired.

Refunds

After the return request is approved and the product has been inspected, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the procedures of the bank or payment service provider.
